Preschool Parents!

I am thrilled to announce that Caryl Oberman and I won a groundbreaking case in federal court that helps parents of preschool children with disabilities. I argued and won at a due process hearing that parents are entitled to tuition reimbursement for preschool tuition at a typical preschool if the child needs to attend a typical preschool in order to receive a free, appropriate, public education. In this specific case, the child needed to socialize with neurotypical peers. After the MCIU lost at due process, it appealed to federal court and we won a second time at appeal.

If you are a parent of a preschool child with disabilities, I am happy to provide more information.
